Mindful Awareness Training Program
The program consists of eight three hour sessions taught weekly by instructors Dr. M. Lee Freedman and Dr. Jacqueline Masson. There will be a half day (six hours) of mindfulness practice on a Saturday in the sixth week.

Mindfulness for Kids
The Learning Disabilities Association Toronto District provides a specialized program to teach children about mindfulness and why it can be beneficial to practice.
